Special Services

The Church offers various special services according to the season of the year. Such services include those for Good Friday, Easter Morning, Harvest Festival and Remembrance (check Church Notice Board/Stop Press Page for an update)

The Church celebrates Christmas with a Toy Service within which our children bring toys to donate to needy youngsters. Also a Nativity Play, Carol Service, and Christmas Morning worship.

Coffee and Prayer Circle

Runs on Tuesday mornings beginning at 10.30 a.m. (check Church Notice Board Stop Press Page for more details)

This consists of 30 minutes of friendship shared over a cup of coffee or tea, followed by a period of about 15 to 20 minutes, during which we sing a hymn and listen to a piece of scripture and short reflection. We then share a brief time of prayer especially centred on the individual problems that people are facing.

This meeting offers people a chance, not only to be able to share their joys and sorrows with others, but also receive the support of the group through prayer. Again this is open to all, and the charge is 50p which helps cover the cost of coffee, tea etc.

Bible Study

Usually meets every Thursday at 1.30 p.m. (check Church Notice Board/Stop Press Page in case of cancellation)

Come along and try to discover the reality of Gods nature and purposes, as enshrouded within the pages of scripture. We also have a lot of laughter and fun!

Pastoral Care

Home & Hospital visiting. Supporting the bereaved and lonely. Being Christ to those in need.

School Assemblies

The Church regularly leads assemblies at local schools including “Open the Book”..
